Georgo-graphy

Georgo-graphy is named after the convoluted logic of former American President George W Bush.


It is 'the practice of using attacks from an enemy to counterattack another country by somehow blaming the chosen target for the offensive without the need to provide evidence'.

All this is done to accrue material, financial and political benefits for a select group.


This term was coined after American President George Bush decided to invade oil-rich Iraq post the 9/11 tragedy, blaming Iraq for the attack.


The American government had clear evidence that 19 of the 20 hijackers of the 5 jets involved in the attack came from Saudi Arabia and that there was no Iraqi involvement. But America was itching to attack Iraq, so they concocted the bogey that Saddam Hussein was behind the 9/11 attack and worse still he had acquired weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) and was expanding his arsenal of WMDs.


As a result of Georgo-graphy US forces attacked and invaded Iraq destroying much of the country and then occupying it and making Iraq pay for the reconstruction from its oil revenues.


Subsequently, it emerged that Iraq possessed no weapons of mass destruction and the basis of war was a massive hoax.


The net result was genocide and the destruction of a rich modern country amidst an ancient culture and society known as Iraq. As of today effective control of all resources, mainly energy resources of the Iraqi economy (GDP of $264 bn) is now in the hands of American business and financial interests.



Incidentally, the financial burden of over US$ 6.5 trillion spent in the war on Iraq and Afghanistan (principal and interest to be paid by 2030) will be shouldered by American taxpayers compromising their long-term financial well-being.

Much of the American citizenry preoccupied with LGBTQ+, Wokeism, the Kardashians and issues of the like, seem shockingly indifferent even callous to their unfolding indebtedness horror.


I am reminded of the word 'Idiot' coined by the ancient Greeks to define a person who refuses to get involved in public affairs and politics. Any society in which the population is disengaged from important matters to pursue selfish personal interests is a society that is going to be ruined.


Now that a crisis has re-erupted in the Middle East after the attack of Hamas and Hezbollah on Israel. Six territories of Syria, Iran, Lebanon, Sudan, Yemen, and Gaza have been targeted for attack by Israel, America, their European allies and many others who wish to de-radicalise the world.

'Georgo-graphy' may sound witty, but the consequences are never a laughing matter.

The sad part is the world has been unable to stop countries from beginning the conflicts nor been able to contain the inferno.


America once the arbitrator of all past crises by its actions and posture cannot bring a negotiated peace. BRICS countries are trying to broker peace based on the two-state solution. Whilst Israel has always accepted this UN mandate, the Palestinians do not.


The writing on the wall is clear.

A confident, aggressive and enraged Israel backed by massive resources and the most powerful economies and military have started to attack Hamas and her backers with the intent to finish them off.


Hamas and Hezbollah are not armies they are concepts and ideas. An idea is a lot more difficult to destroy than an army. But that is not going to stop America and Israel from trying to neutralise the enemies of Israel and curb the Islamic radicalisation that they helped create and propagate.
