Rights have to be earned. They are not automatic.
Rights do not come from God.
They are provided by and guaranteed by the State.
These rights are conditional that the citizens fulfil their duties.
Visitors and foreigners are also awarded rights, provided they;
respect the customs, beliefs, and the people.
obey the laws of the land
do not cause any trouble or harm to the native humans and the flora and fauna of the land
do not harm or endanger the security and environment of the land and its people.
