Who is Volodymyr Zelensky?

Even if the news about him and Ukraine is now relegated to the background, Volodymyr Zelensky is at the centre of a giant storm that is engulfing the world. Love Zelensky or despise him but do so after we know a little more about him.


A qualified lawyer former comedian turned politician Volodymyr Zelensky is a non practising Jew who was elected Ukrainian president in 2019.


Zelensky the politician is a creation of Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, who was by 2014 the second richest man in Ukraine. Kolomoisky like other oligarchs have risen to power by grabbing a vast amount of assets that belonged to the then defunct Soviet Union with the help of Western financiers.


To protect his hard stolen wealth Kolomoisky entered the field of politics, by fielding and supporting political parties and candidates. His chosen presidential candidate was Yulia Tymoshenko of the Batkivshchyna or 'fatherland' party, (a former convict who subsequently received a pardon). She fought the elections in 2014 after the Orange revolution (which was really a coup) and performed badly.


Kolomoisky formulated a new strategy. He had to find a young charismatic personality with no political baggage or criminal record in a most corrupt society whose people were desperate for positive change. What better than an actor? He zeroed in on a relatively unknown actor-comedian, Volodymyr Zelensky.


Kolomoisky then using his newly created 1+1 Media Group to bring out a TV serial in Nov 2015 called 'Servant of the People'. It showcased Zelensky, an ordinary frustrated teacher who gets elected to become President of Ukraine and transforms the country and people for the better.


The serial ran for three seasons. After the last episode in March 2018 a political party with the name of 'Servant of the People' was registered. The rest is history.


Inexperienced and naive, Zelensky has always meant well. He however soon discovered that he was not free to act independently, he was a President only in name.

In reality he is a puppet financed and controlled by a Neo Conservative Deep State based in America. Locally he was until recently managed by Kolomoisky. The implementing arm of the Deep State has been the neo-Nazis (who function in a role not too different than Hitler's SS Corps).


The extremely violent and ruthless neo-Nazis have infiltrated every aspect of Zelensky's government making Ukraine hostage to their insane ideology of self destruction. They do not care for themselves nor the Ukrainian people as long as they can destroy Russia or die trying.


Zelensky was unable to stop the neo-Nazi dominated Ukrainian State's heavy shelling of civilian populations of two predominantly Russian speaking Ukrainian oblasts, Luhansk and Donetsk the two oblasts constituting the industrial heartland of Ukraine. The fuse to the powder keg began to burn faster, a crisis of sorts was imminent. There was a final assault called the 'Joint Forces Operation' comprising 90,000 heavily armed and reinforced men scheduled for March 2022 by Ukraine on the Donbas. This necessitated Russia's preemptive entry into the Ukraine in Feb 2022.


Even in the unlikely case if the Ukrainians succeed in defeating Russia, the Deep State wins by the destruction of the Russian State. Even if the neo-Nazis fail, the Deep State would have won for the conflict will have degraded and weakened Russia militarily, economically and politically.


Poor Ukraine and poor Zelensky, their future looks bleak as they are succumbing to powerful forces beyond their understanding and influence. Their self destruction appears imminent.
